We have no objection in printing contents ordered to us, if it is not objectionable by law or society. All the legal responsibility of the content printed by us lies on the purchaser / buyer. If needed we reserve the sole right to cancel orders with piracy contents, illegal or forged documents, etc. In such cases, we refund the entire money paid to us.

Orders once confirmed with payment realization can be canceled within 24 hours of placing it. In that case our policy is to refund 100% of the amount paid to the source account of payment. This is because it takes 24 hours to start processing the orders received. After that the order cannot be cancelled. However, still after 24 hours of order, if you do not wish to receive the ordered material as useless inventory, we can dispose of the material on your behalf with your cancellation advice, and refund the entire delivery charges, scrap value of 10% cost of material and 10% of tax paid by you.

System generated Tax Invoice will be forwarded to you over email once your order is confirmed and delivery of invoice will be notified over text message if applicable.

Delivery charges will depend on address, weight and volume. Actual delivery charges will be notified before placing the order in your shopping cart page.

As the prints are user designed and with specified materials, order once confirmed can not be changed. However, it can be cancelled as per our cancellation policy stated above.

All leading banks providing service in India are eligible for NetBanking payment. However, this is determined by the secured payment gateway service provider and may be changed time to time. Please review if your bank is present in the list. If not kindly write to our helpdesk for a direct payment option bypassing the secured payment gateway if it is really not done through that.
